                      Scientists agree that we can only get rid of these diseases only if "We adopt the healthy eating and living habits of our ancestors..."

We must move like our ancestors ...we must not eat in excess like ancestors...we must keep life simple like our ancestors...we must eat real,organic, seasonal and local foods like our ancestors used to eat...

                    The same thing when Muslim clerics and spiritual leaders say that real evil of todays personal,social,national problems is deviation from the teachings of Prophets...and only way to get rid of it is to follow Our Ancestors and the original teachings of Prophets and Scriptures....They are humiliated with verbs like "Fundamentalists....Backward thinking...stone age mentality....barbaric ...etc..."..

Today on 23 Rajab (2nd june) evening 740pm, after maghrib, Hazrat wala, Shaikh ul arab wal Ajam, Arif billah Hazrat Maulana Shah Hakeem Muhammad Akhtar Saheb (sadly now r.a.) has passed away from this world after a duration of sickness.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajioon.

inshaAllah namaz e janaza will be offered on 3rd june, monday morning 9am at Jamia Ashraful Madaris. gulistan e johar, karachi.

According to will (wasiyyat) it is requested to do eesal e sawab by sura ilhlas 3 times and by other amal. One should do it regularly as per capacity.
